Still have an old stamp card?

Our former paper stamp cards have been replaced by the digital Chaima loyalty card.

Only the most recently issued white paper loyalty card marked “TREUEKARTE | LOYALITY CARD” can still be redeemed. Older paper loyalty cards, especially earlier green versions, are no longer valid and are no longer accepted.

Important: The white paper loyalty card shown above is also valid, as printed on the card, for only 1 year from the date written on the card Expired cards can no longer be redeemed, extended or transferred to the digital loyalty card.

I cannot see the card – what should I do?

Open the link again and choose “Add to Wallet” once more. If possible, use your normal browser rather than private or incognito mode.

Why are there no stamps for Just Eat orders?

The loyalty card is intentionally reserved for orders placed directly with Chaima in the shop or by phone.

I still have an old paper stamp card – is it still valid?

Only the most recently issued white paper loyalty card marked “TREUEKARTE | LOYALITY CARD” can still be redeemed, and only within its printed validity period of 1 year from the date written on the card. Older versions, especially earlier green cards, and expired cards are no longer valid.
