Massaman Curry

Massaman and its story →What we can sensibly make ourselves, we make ourselves.
This way we know exactly what goes into them and can consistently meet our own quality standards. This matters especially with sauces and curry pastes, where balance, experience and an understanding of the intended flavour profile are essential.
Vegetables are not combined at random either: Mrs Chaima selects seasonal European vegetables to suit the character of each dish.
Our regular menu is gluten-free and lactose-free. Many dishes can also be prepared vegan. Individual weekly specials may be exceptions.
