Another Chaima origin – connected with Mrs Chaima’s Pad Thai Korat.

Discover Pad Thai →The earlier page already contained the essential point we wanted to preserve: Mrs Chaima’s special Saen Tung curry paste and its exceptional aromatic depth.
Mrs Chaima’s Saen Tung curry paste is based on her own recipe using more than 30 herbs and spices. The paste is made fresh in Thailand. What matters is not heat alone, but the balance of spice, depth and aroma.
At Chaima, Saen Tung is served very spicy (🌶️🌶️🌶️) as standard and can also be prepared spicy (🌶️🌶️) on request. Its appeal, however, lies in the combination of heat, bold seasoning and lingering aromatic depth. That is precisely what makes it so different from mild, coconut-led curries such as Massaman.
We deliberately link exact prices and protein options to the current menu, so this story page does not need to be changed every time the menu is updated.
Our original version puts the distinctive Saen Tung seasoning clearly at the centre and is served with rice and a fried egg. The currently available meat options are listed on the menu.
The vegetable version is also based on Mrs Chaima’s Saen Tung recipe. The vegetables are chosen to suit the dish’s bold character; current options are listed on the menu.
That way, prices and available options always stay where they belong: on the current menu.
